Anxiety Lab is a student-led initiative from Taiwan dedicated to supporting youth who struggling with social media-induced anxiety. They create gentle, offline experiences—such as anonymous postcard exchanges and small-group reflection workshop —that encourage emotional expression, self-connection, and meaningful peer support. Anxiety Lab invites young people to slow down, process their inner state, and rediscover their self-worth in a digital age that often demands constant performance. Currently supported by the Ministry of Education Taiwan, Anxiety Lab is committed to fostering a more compassionate and sustainable approach to youth mental wellbeing.
