Individual Therapy Sessions with Felicia Lazaridou

These individual 60 min slots can be booked with Felicia Lazaridou, a psychologist and therapist from South London whose work focuses on the mental health of Black women.
These sessions are open to Black women and Black non-binary people only.
No, this is not “inverse privilege”. 😉 It’s extending unconditional support and resources to empower those most affected by intersecting forms of oppression in society.
MHAS will send you a confirmation email to say that you have successfully registered for this event. These are one-on-one sessions, hence please do not turn up at the venue unless you have received a confirmation email. If you wish to remain anonymous during your session, please sign up using “Anon” in the name field.
Therapy can be an integral part of developing a positive growth mindset. Sometimes we choose not to talk, and sometimes the way we talk about things is not benefiting ourselves in the way we imagine. Therapy can be a safe, confidential space to explore stress. It is both an opportunity to decrease the risk of mental illness and a chance to increase the pace of recovery from mental illness.
