Warmth & Light: Creative Space with Judith Baumgärtner
October 10, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm CEST
In this workshop we work with different creative methods.
Words, color, forms and material can have a power-giving, balancing and centering effect in their quality, especially in the colder seasons. In creative work we are active and present and can feel joy and playfulness (once again); arrive completely in the moment.
The focus is on connecting with ourselves and with each other in shared space. We will work with creative writing, but also with painting and design impulses. The instruction leaves enough room for each participant’s own needs and forms of implementation. You don’t need any previous experience – it’s not about creating finished works of art, it’s about your personal journey.
*Please note: This workshop is only for BIPoC folx who do not self-identify as cis-men. This is part of MHAS’s safe(r) space policy to facilitate and organize a wide array of events for BIPoCs only, in addition to events that are open to BIPoC and non-BIPoC participants.* Queer and trans* BIPoCs to the front! 🙂
Language/Accessibility: The workshop will be held in German spoken language with whispered translation as needed.
