May 17, 2022 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm CEST

These individual 60 min slots can be booked with Felicia Lazaridou, a psychologist and therapist from South London whose work focuses on the mental health of Black women.

These sessions are open to Black women and Black non-binary people only.

No, this is not “inverse privilege”. 😉 It’s extending unconditional support and resources to empower those most affected by intersecting forms of oppression in society.

Therapy can be an integral part of developing a positive growth mindset. Sometimes we choose not to talk, and sometimes the way we talk about things is not benefiting ourselves in the way we imagine. Therapy can be a safe, confidential space to explore stress. It is both an opportunity to decrease the risk of mental illness and a chance to increase the pace of recovery from mental illness. Therapy is a chance to put your health first. – Felicia Lazaridou
